Our story
Better Hearts was founded with a simple but powerful belief — that every person deserves to age with dignity, in the place they love most: their own home.
We started because we saw, first-hand, how difficult it can be for families to find care that truly puts their loved one at the centre. Too often, older people are moved into care homes before they are ready, losing their independence, their routines, and the familiar surroundings that bring them comfort.
